who from LA got a ticket?
well... sad to say I DID!
my friend with the estroil blue m3, black bbs's was racing a 335 going at it about 145 and didnt get pulled over! yet because he got off the 101 we posted aside for him and CHP came and gave me and my cousin a ticket for pulling over in a restricted area!! and my passenger got a ticket for urinating! anyways. i know you guys took pics. I was in a dark grey 2006 330i, cousin was in a black m3, stock both of them. sucked, cuz i missed the 2 biggest parts of the caravan and the part when everybody pulled over.... so anybody else that i didnt see...? |
Wow, it's amazing that he ticketed you for pulling off, when at various times we had 30+ cars pulled off on the shoulder. Close to the fest, there were cars on both sides of the 101.

my point exactly, i mean you cant really control those but i was hoping to see the pullovers my friend that we stoped for passed us and told us he saw that. whatever it was about 20 minutes away from SB.. right b4 it went into 2 lanes.
but i think its cuz he saw my friend urinating lol i shoulda ran off when i saw him staring me down on the other side of the 101. whatever u learn! i still had fun =) so ...yet again anyone else have stories? |
anyone know the story on the green vert with the giant meguairs stickers thats there every year getting a ticket during the fest? or the two cars on the 101 getting towed afterwards?

i got a TINT ticket and what was with the SB cops inside BimmerFest where they giving tickets out during the Show cuz i saw them with there ticket books out.

Saw a few cops hovering around the Meguair's car as well, not sure what's up with that. If they were giving out tint tickets at the 'Fest to parked cars, that'd be ridiculous. Multiple cars got pulled over on the way from SD -> SB (about 10) I'm assuming the SB cops were enjoying the 'Fest themselves and just talking to the Meguair's person

I saw many police officers on my way to the fest, my V1 alerted them all :)
Saw some that had peeps pulled over. However what caught my attention was the ride home, we say 8 cars pulled over at various locations on the 101 S. Of the eight, seven were BMWs and one was an Acura. Just wondered if they were picking on BMW owners due to the fest? |
yea bout the green car the owner told me they were jsut taking info down no tickets..?
but the cops were aware of fest and the caravan timing etc. right b4 camarillo that downhill goin north, a cop was waiting at the top, and the next 2 bridges were cops with motorcycles spotting upcoming traffic. they were ready for this ****. also my cousin over heard the cops saying when they wrote him up after me "these bmw's think they can do whatever they want and park where ever they want, we'll get 'em all." pretty bitchy in my opinion. |

That has to be the gayest thing ive ever read!!!!! Plus pissing in public is just some minor fine. Its no big deal. Its just like a littering ticket but you feel much more relieved after! Also he has a good point of not always going 65 on the freeway or 45 on the streets. Because i know i always drive about 75mph and probably 50mph on the streets. $hit i guess that means im a douche bag and love to fly by people that arnt racing me. (But what they dont know is that im racing them!!! hahahahahahaah) I win! |
