Hello everyone

Im new and i just bought a BMW 2002 polaris 1975 and its great. i have a couple of questions like where can I get nice alpina wheels from and what size can i fit. Like 16 inches? Well thank you and I will be posting pics soon.

Otherwise, Ive seen people use wheels from the E21 and E30. So you have a few choices of stock wheels as well.

How much do you think it is worth like this ?

It depends. We know the paint is shot. The interior looks decent. How is the suspension? Ball joints, shocks, bushings? Drivetrain? Mileage? How original is it? I see the bumpers are gone and the wheels are aftermarket.

I see nice examples going for around 7000. Ive also seen pristine examples go for 20,000+. They arent cheap to make pristine. As a guess Id say between 2-4 thousand if it doesnt have any major issues.

It has NO Issues and the suspention is Great . Engine Transmission good . I have the bumpers, Just geting ready to take it to body shop and the wheels Im ganna get 15 inch alpinas and Interior is going to be original and restuffed. Dash has no cracks and headliner is good.

Im going to leave it all original no major modifications only wheels and tires and some tinted windows. and A good sounding exhaust.

Question: What exhaust sounds really good on a 2002?
Is Air conditioning in 2002's rare? And Polaris Color ,rare?

Air conditioning - not so rare
Exhuast: I like racing exhausts that are free flow. Im a bit obnoxious. :p
Color: I dont know if its rarer than the others in any way.

If you are going to keep and drive it Id recommend a 5 speed tranny. Also you can easily swap in the Recaro Sport seats from the E21 and E30. Also, Id be searching for an LSD rearend. Those cars are tons of fun with the few things Ive mentioned.
