Interesting. It must have taken a long time to nail down specifics, because a non-BMW club auto industry friend told me about this on 7/29 and I posted my congrats in this thread:

I mention that he was a non-BMW guy because it wasn't just the usual bimmerfest rumor, it seemed like the ink was dry on the deal even way back then.
