other than the obvious flaws...front air dam and the wrong wheels the paint is in real good shape
front seats need to be re-upholstered, rear package tray glove box thingies are warped and need to be re-made or replaced...hate to replace them with the same crap though as they ALL warp. The drive shaft and motor need re-build and need a new carrier bearing and some suspension bushings...not too bad right?

I've no idea what OG means and I'm not exactly "around" either, but this is my baby:

Greets from Duesseldorf, Germany!

Oh I have the ultimate OG e24. I have me a 1987 L6. If you don't know what the L6 is, it is the 635Csi with luxury package. The package includes rear climate controls, leather headliner, door cards, center console, and dash.

I don't have any pictures of it, but it's black with side skirts and M-spec valance.

6 Brit 02-20-2009 08:07 AM

I know what the L6 is thanks tho =)
heavier version of mine ;)

I would actually have to argue and say the M6 is the ultimate, as it has all your car has + about 100 horsepower =)

Mr_Internet 03-04-2009 09:35 PM

There's this person here in the east bay that has an m6 which I drool over each time I drive by. Luckily he lives near my girlfriends house haha so I see it a lot

6 Brit 03-05-2009 08:40 AM

they are damn sexy cars!

Mr_Internet 03-05-2009 08:14 PM

I think the e24 is the nicest looking car out there. Oh boy I just love it.

6 Brit 03-06-2009 07:43 AM

god yesterday I was driving my truck but I wish I had my 6...a red M6 with the shadowline trim pulled up behind me at a light
I only freaked out a little bit =)

dantheman85x 03-09-2009 01:14 AM

This classic forum is nothing but '80s 6 series ******.. AND I LOVE IT!

They should make a forum for these E24s... I don't want to share it with any other cars...

6 Brit 03-09-2009 11:09 AM

well the 6 series is a mutt as it is built with parts from all the other "normal" BMW's ;)

6 Brit 03-09-2009 11:24 AM

dantheman85x 03-10-2009 02:32 AM
