I ordered my X6 on 4/12. It started production on 4/19 and was completed on 4/27. I have Performance Center Delivery (including hitch installation) confirmed for 5/19. Getting pumped! :)

I heard from my salesman today who told me that my X6 got pulled into production this morning.

Update: Car is in production with an expected "completion" date of 5/10/2010.

I live in Gemany and I ordered my X6 50i 2011 model in February. I have all of the options except the soft close doors and heads up display. I will recieve it on 6/1 and the cost was $69,900. The military rate!

Wow, that's kind of a steal...

Yes it is a steal, but they offer the prices at a lower rate for all military members over in Germany.

I watched as they unloaded my X6 from the truck this afternoon. Exciting. The new 20s on the 50i Sport look FANTASTIC. Tomorrow is tint and prep, then I should be taking delivery on Friday afternoon, schedule permitting.

Side note: I drove the brand new 535i while I was at the dealership. It looks great (better than in pictures, I think) and drove like a 7/8 7er with an extra dose of sport. Home run, I'm thinking. I'd seriously consider a 550i as a replacement for my 750i when the time comes.

Just took delivery this afternoon and, of course, it poured on the way home so my shiny new truck is already a mess. Pictures after the rain stops and it's cleaned up.
