"Brake Malfunction/Driver Moderately"
So I get this message once or twice a week. It's a fault that indicates DSC and ABS is inactive. Dealer made a few adjustments a few visits ago and last time they said they could not find anything. A restart clears it, but it is getting annoying. I'll put it on the list again next time I am in for service.

Any experiences here? Dash and iDrive light up like a Christmas tree.

Happened to me very frequently when I had the 7... The dealer threw everything they had at it, steering angle sensors, abs sensors, brake control modules etc etc... Nothing ever seemed to fix the problem... Turning the car on/off always cleared the error... Still though, it shouldn't happen... Sorry brother wish I could be of more assistance, but I too had this problem without a resolution...

Do you have your original metallic pads on it or ceramic?

Everything is stock on the car. I'll keep at it with each visit. I will have to snap a pic next time it happens.

i would go to the dealer when you get this error and dont turn the car off till they have scanned your car.

Yes Sunny is right, try this, but this is what we call sick electronics, it may go away as it comes one day, but my guess is bad sensor (sometimes work sometimes not, like a virus in the computer)

It started when the dealer put my snow tires and wheels on. I thought for sure it had something to do with the hub centric rings for the snow wheels. Now that I am back to my OEM summer setup, I can rule out the aftermarket wheels.

This message just happened to me today. Did anyone come up with a solution for this?
