common problems with e30 m3's
 

Does anybody have any tips and/or info on common problem areas to look out for when looking for used e30 m3's? I'd imagine they're easy to maintain because of them being less electronic reliant compared to current BMW's but in general, does anybody have any information on common problem areas? Thanks in advance.

Old thread, but rust around tail lights, PO maintenance schedule is CRUCIAL. Get a PPI to make sure. Not really that difficult to maintain if you don't mind turning a wrench.
