What does a vacuum leak sound like?
 

I have this whirring noise that comes from behind the dash. It seems to really be present on cold mornings. It only lasts for a few minutes and then goes away. It isn't a squeal or a grinding noise. It is more of a whine or a whir. Any ideas?

I have had a code pulled that said I had a small evap leak. Where could I find the vacuum hoses to inspect them?
