I'm looking at 2002 M5 with 107,000 miles. A couple of questions.
Do you think it is a good price?
Anything specific to look for with this model during inspection?

carfax & what's been done to it...mods...maintenance...would be helpful

Yes the maintnence records are very important! check that all the electronics work properly and check, the clutch for slippage. check rear diffy for leakage, pixels on the dash, rust in the gas door (doubt it)
