2004 M3 with 130k+ Miles

What would be somewhat a good price to pay for the car?
Saying all maintenance was done and car was in great condition.

I'm out looking for a E46 this weekend, so any recommendations would be great, thanks!

(Also, kind of to late to supercharge this one yea?)

i say about 10 to 13 k depending on the options it has..
