What can i do to help warm my car when its cold with out holding down the gas pedal... i am unable to park in the garage... it doesnt get below 5 degrees F...

Start car.
Let idle stabilize (about 15 seconds) Turn on seat heaters.
Start to drive.
Try to keep RPM's below 3K for about 5 mins if you can.

The worse thing you could do is start the car and let it idle to warm up. It's bad for the engine, emissions, and it doesn't do the transmission any favors either.

Agreed.

Drive the car. But limit the throttle opening and the RPM. And it takes about 3 - 5 minutes AFTER the water temp is normal for the oil to get warmed up.

It takes a lot longer than 3-5 mins for the oil to warm up... More like 10.

My car doesn't have heated seats and rt now my clutch is out... When i first start it if she gets below 750 rpms she is will die

No, mine takes about 2 miles of driving for the heater to blow hot air...
