I hope they're at least taking the wheels off.

MalibuMafiaV 12-15-2011 12:20 PM

Oh I'm sure there taking tons of parts off they can sell before they crush it.
I got to admit seeing your car like that made me cringe.

968RACER 12-15-2011 12:26 PM

Those clouds look ominous. You are angering the BMW gods.

moiz21 12-15-2011 12:32 PM

1972ford 12-15-2011 01:14 PM

Sad to see any car get crushed, but unless you want to be a hoarder I guess it's gotta happen.

Congrats on the new car, and safe travels!

smolck 12-15-2011 01:52 PM

Added video to original post.

mujjuman 12-15-2011 02:00 PM

And I am also suffering from sellers remorse. I really liked not having a car payment. Crap, too late now. $265 a month for two years, bye bye.

$265 a month for a amazing condition ZHP though is an unbeatable price. So don't stress. Plus when your done paying it off. You know how it goes then you have an extra $265 a month and your like humm.. what mods should I get

Ha, my payment was over 700 for 5 years, and it really is no less car today (just like your new car!)

I wouldn't feel too bad. Nothing lasts forever, and you're getting a nice upgrade.

Just turn your back and walk away from it...

Aww, man, those are my clears. I hope they don't crush them. For a worthwhile cause, though.

"I blip my throttle to you!" - awesome!

SJBimmer 12-15-2011 04:53 PM

One door closes. Another opens.

moiz21 12-15-2011 06:01 PM

Just saw the YouTube video. So many memories have been built into your car. Not sure if I'm the only one, but as i watched your video definitely makes me reminisce about all the time I've spent working on, in, under and around my car. But as stated, on to better things. And I know it will be with a smile on your face.

EuroTuned330xi 12-15-2011 06:14 PM

Just watched the video as well. Looks like u were ready to bust out a few tears lol. No but on a serious note good luck wit the ZHP, take pics when u finally get it.

KenG 12-15-2011 06:52 PM

awwww....
That was a little painful to watch

Y2K_Bimmer 12-15-2011 09:02 PM

Bummer. My 323i is almost the same. Made me feel like the end is near...

Variocam 12-15-2011 09:21 PM

I'm a little puzzled. I'm too new to the 'Fest to have witnessed the entire saga about what you've done with the 323 during the time you owned it, but given how much you know about these cars, I'm sure you must have maintained it in fantastic shape, despite the miles. So why did you junk it? Couldn't you have gotten at least a few thousand out of it?

But in any event, congrats on the ZHP. I'm sure you'll have a blast with it.
