It seems to work fine for me. Was able to log in and check the status of the long term review 328i and everything seemed fine. Have you tried using a different internet browser to see if that might help?

Just logged in again, no issues at all. Try deleting the cookies and try again.

ok, are we looking at the same thing. This is the My BMW menu in BMWUSA.COM right? I actually called the relationship service and they said the site is indeed experiencing problem.

You know what? I just sign up with another account and the new account works. Stupid site.
