Will this work with the 03 e65

It depends on your Navi system... and stars:-). It definitely works with a CD-based MKIII navigation and I know that it may work or may not with MKIV DVD-based (I've got both kind of feedbacks).

Anyway if it will not work your risk - shipping costs. You can send me last 7 numbers of your VIN and I'll check.

It depends. In 2012 10-disk set it is disk #4. If we speaking about 8-disk set few years old - it may be a different number.
