air conditioner upkeep

i live in AZ and it is alrdy in the 90s currently. I bought my 740i 2010 August and no problems in 2010 and the summer of 2011 no issues. but I want to make sure I do the proper upkeep for the AC.

anything I need to know? coolant is always full
the car make a slight "hum" noise but no real issues, blows ice cold.

do I need to regas it ever?

If you want to be proactive and avoid being stranded in the desert consider replacing your radiator, water pump, thermastat, hoses and various connectors every 70-80,000 miles....:mad:
