New E28 Owner!
 

Hi guys! I'm new to the E28 world and I'm picking her up tomorrow. It's a 1987 528e manual black on llama and mint.

I'm always on the forum under the E34s (obviously) and what a great group of guys that is. I look forward to many miles of happy motoring! Cheers

A very fine car, IMHO. Take some pics, evaluate it thoroughly and determine what you need to do. It shares alot with other 5-series BMW's so you shouldn't have alot of problems working on it. Good luck!

New bosal exhaust
New hangers
New gasket
New badges
New diff mount
Slave cylinder etc

Old exhaust was rusted to holy hell. The hangers were hanging off, the pipe into the muffler was completely disconnected, years and years of rot dirt and road debris in the muffler via the open hole, giant dent, hanging by a rope at the muffler and the mid pipe by a wire wrapped around and around.

Diff mount was also very dead. Glad I got the replacement in...
