valve cover gasket

Does anyone know how many hours it takes to replace the valve cover gaskets?

8-12 but after doing them once you will be able to do it in about 4 with help. Make sure that you spend the extra $25 and do the upper timing gaskets. Also have a friend help

It takes 8-12 hours to complete the job. The driver side is the hardest to do and you are going to need someone to help you while you actually pull the cover off. The oil dip stick tube gets in the way I put a screw driver down it and just pried it slowly to the side until the cover was out. Don't worry you wont bend it.
