The 2012 Navigation CDs.
Hello everyone, I was wondering how does the GPS look on the new BMW CD's. I have a 2006 and the GPS looks extremely poor compared to even the simpliest GPS systems. I was wondering if it was worth buying a CD to update or if the graphics are still horrible.

They arent going to change much ull get new maps and street names and for preface lift models u get clouds in the sky. Lol. Even software update doesnt do much

So is it worth it in your opinion? The roads I use never change much so I dont really need it but id prefer it to look halfway decent.

Maybe in ur case its not worth it. Even when i use my gps i never look at the map i look at speedo where it shows turn by turn. U use perspective view on ur map right?

Ok just joined and looking at this thread I have to ask, I have a trunk mounted DVD NAV on my 2008 750 with a 2006 Disk. Other than street updates, what are the other benefits to a 2012 disk and do you have to update software? Also can you recommend who to buy 2012 disk from. Thanks
