Valentine One hardwire
 

Anybody tried to hardwire Valentine One radar in 1M or any other 1 series without sunroof?

I've followed instructions posted on different forums, but they all use sunroof for ground connection.
1M has no sunroof so there is no exposed screws that I can clip.

I hardwired mine... I think there was a hole in the sheet metal up there that I put a screw into to hold the ground wire against the metal. Works great.

I did, however, inadvertently break one of the tabs on the white cover for the interior lights. Oops. :eeps:

I see you're Jersey/1M/MINI. We share some things in common. Don't tell me you play bass too. :rofl:
