LED Headlights at night
 

Do we have anyone on the forum who has taken delivery of a new 2013 with the full LED headlight option? I'm curious to hear your thoughts regarding how they are at night compared to the old xenons. Do they have a sharp cutoff? Limited distance on low beams? Or are they better in all aspects? Thanks in advance.

They look cool, Last night my sisters commented on the brightness. I didn't notice a huge difference from my 3 Series, but that could just be me.

I have them and there is most definitely a significant difference between the LED's and the Xenon's. You can really only see the difference when they are next to each other shining down the same road. Ive done this with my M and My X and its significant. The LED's make anything reflective pop out of the night much moreso than the Xenons. They do look way cool as well.

I agree with above. We also have a 5 series. Going down the same roads the light emitted by the LEDs are significantly brighter! I'm glad I got the option.

We're only probably gonna see the change from xenons to full LEDs standard In the next iteration of the f- platform cars. Until then, this amazing driving lights gonna be a quad-digit option on most cars
