One of the most interesting things about this article is that its genesis was a letter from a passenger to the WSJ...

In the kiosk era of self-service travel, when travelers often think customer service flew away with airline meals and free checked bags, Ms. Heberer is a rarity...

Met many similar gate agents with her attitude. :thumbup:

OTOH, I have met a few others who would fit in quite well at Stalag Luft 3. :eek:

I presume you mean Luftstalag 13 - did you mean he would make a good agent?

Nope, I really did mean Stalag Luft 3 of "The Great Escape" where a friend of mine spent several months as a POW. OTOH, Sgt Schultz would make a fine Sprit Airlines Employee
