bmw 120i E87 m with an egine light on

hi all i need some help i have a 07 e87 m 120i and the egine light comes on
now i checked the codes ( o2 sensor 1 bank 1 ) the gray wired one?
well i changed it and the light is off dive it hard or soft long or short but park it come back 5 10 or an hour later and drive it 4 mins in the light is back on ??? anyone had this ???
