Help buying 86 535is 5spd manual
 

Just looking around for my first car and my daily driver. I like quite a lot of things about the e28 BMWs. I live near the East coast of NH, I found a 535is, which Im very interested in. Here's the link: http://nh.craigslist.org/ctd/3219581493.html
Paint is a bit funky, chassis is converted to accept euro bumpers, they are not on yet. They are asking $5500.
Should I look into it, or stay far away from it?

I would stay away since it can not be a real 535is. The 535is only came out in 87 and 88. and for 5500 you can get a good looking car that is in good condition. So I would say run away from what sounds like an over priced car.
