ideas about the best option, rebuild it, buy a remanufactured one, used one, sell it to a junk yard . . .or . .:dunno:Where, where, can I get one, for those who asked, Imperial County(especifically, city of Calexico, CA, 92231) is between San Diego, California and Yuma, Arizona and Riverside County

if you want to keep the car for a long time, rebuild it. if you don't then just get another from a junk yard.

Do not sell it to a junkyard fix it out sell it to someone who will setas are getting rarer by the day.

Will any 1984 through 1995 325 automatic transmission fit my 1988 325 e as I was told at a transmission shop once they check on their book?

32e transmission working!
$65 plus 60 day warranty, transmission around $200 in expenses; mechanic, oil, $140 meals personal expenses, total aprox 400 and its working again thank you all for your support in not sending it to the junkyard...

hey i kinda have that same problem had to replace my flywheel trans worked for three days the while on the hwy lost all fwd power i have reverse just wont go fwd is it really dead or does it have belts like the e36
