Will this work with my 2001 325xi Business CD with NO cd changer & has the older Blaupunkt with NO Mode Button, only am/fm & scan/cd buttons??

Hopefully they come out with Thebes adapter soon. Would love to get one in my car. Is the adapter interchangeable with the new one?
