Used 325XI Maintenance?
 

I recently bought a used 325xi and it runs pretty good and I would very much love to keep it that way. Can anyone provide me with some information as to what I should be doing as far as scheduled mileage maintenance as well as known issues with the model that I should consider replacing or keeping and eye on before failure occurs. Also shifting into 3rd gear can be a little rough at times when downshifting, is there a desired RPM to shift at in these vehicles?

"Where to shift", RPM-wise, is largely a function of how quickly you need to accelerate....casual, around-town driving, maybe 3000-3500 or so will suffice, if you`re looking to make time, running it up to redline will get the job done toot suite. :thumbup:
