How that heck do you raise or lower the headrest on an e60 530i 2006?

If I'm not mistaken, twist the elongated seat control switch on the bottom of the seat.

Or raise the switch up/down..the one towards the rear(your seat adjustment controls)

Took me a while to find out how, too. Finally looked in the manual. I kept looking for a release button on the headrests themselves to do a manual adjustment. I should have known it would be electrical/electronic.

My rea r head rests use a release button which is at the base of the head rest.
