2006 325i overheating since new starter
 

Hello,
I have a 2006 325i that just had a starter replaced last week at a BMW dealer for 1100 dollars and now it is overheating. It was about five days after that the light came on and it wouldn't exceed 20 mph. I added fluid to the overflow tank and it was ok for a day. It is now back to overheating and the filler tank is full. Is there any correlation to the manifold removal for the starter ? What could the problem be? Thank you
