buying 1988 533is stick HELP FEEDBACK !!!

Buying a nice E28 stick 110k all original.

What should I look for ? Need FEEDBACK !!!!

Radio goes on antenna up radio does not work, Driver side power seat is dying. Other wise pretty solid car.

Rust, accident damage, oil leaks, water leaks, oil in water/water in oil, water vapor in exhaust and rodent damage if it has been stored for a long time.

I would be worried if it is really is a 88 533i since there was no such thing. After 84 it was a 535i.
