N52 Cylinder Head Replacement
 

Picked up my 2006 325i with 80k miles on it this last weekend. I'm deliberating whether or not I want to replace the cylinder heads with the non ticking variety. Assuming that's the sound I'm hearing... didn't make a recording but it sounds like this, maybe not quite as loud:

Anyone have a decent howto on this? A link to one with photos would be nice. I've spent some time Googling and haven't found one.
