UPDATE::went to gas up and here we go the gas light came on again!!! called the lot. Ill have the car looked at on Friday. What a headache cant even enjoy the car. Funny thing is that its still driving perfect.

update. Independent dealer replaced the relay and told me to test drive it out. Also gave me a good look around with the car

Went back to Dealer that sold me Car, Cleared all old codes, Checked pump its good. Also downloaded new software. The Pump scare is over. The INDY Mech was going to go straight to replacing my pump. I called the dealer for a pump the price was $7000. Called Indy Mech and it was $3500 to $3700. Can i get a response now from anyone? lololol

Infiniti might be a good idea. What were you looking for? Someone to tell you it is ridiculous to even think about buying a M3 (and an SMG at that) without an inspection. Or maybe to chime in with SMG woes when there are multiple threads dedicated to that. Good luck I guess.
