Yeah it is but I don't know if they sell it in europe. If you wanted a bottle, I can ship via USPS I just happened to find 3 bottles I thought I was all out. It is pretty easy to apply, if you can wax your car, you can do this.

I'm afraid of Simoniz since the only time I've ever seen them is with swirl-o-matic car washes..
