2005 645ci strut tower brace

I'm having hard time finding an afford strut tower bar besides the oem one. I re torqued / replaceled the stock bolts and bracket and my car Is still creaking in cold weather. Any recommend strut bar for me? Links?

pull it off and place rubber grommetts behind every contact point.

Is this a common solution or just something your tried and it worked? Any recommended grommets?

You could try & spray them with some silicone spray, but do not get it on your paint! It might help remove the squeaking.
