Power steering

Question!! Does the power steering liquid need to be changed or do I just wait until it throws it all out? I took a look at it and it was soo dark and my steering wheel is so hard? It's 95 325i

If it is dark or frothy it is time to drain and refill.

USE ONLY ATF FLUID! NOT REGULAR POWER STEERING FLUID!!!
