328i front grill panel fitment

I have a 92 325i and I'm wondering if the nose panel from a 96 328i will bolt on without any modification?

Yes, it will fit, but you will also have to get the updated grills themselves if they are not included.

'97 was the year for the facelift grills. My 96 still had the thin ones.
