Angel eyes?
 
I know it may be a dumb question I am ready for negative responses. But what are Angel Eyes exactly? I know it is the ring of light but Do the lights run allday with the headlights like for driving or is it just a show piece?

These are angel eyes, they come on when you switch on the park lights. They stay on when the headlights are on as well.
