iPhone 4 / 4S Snap In

I'm trying to sort through all the confusion with the iPhone 4 / 4s snap in module. Can someone please assist? I have been reading posts most of the night - and I am thoroughly confused now.

I have a 2009 BMW 650i - I do have 6NF. I have an iPhone 4 - do I get the Music or Media version snap in? Seems the Media version is for the newer BMW's (Newer than mine anyways).

Part numbers I seem to have figured out are:

84.21-2 199 390-02 (Media?)
84.21-2 199 390-03 (Music?)

Question #2 - I know some of you have the iPhone 5 now - and surely want to get rid of your "outdated" snap in - anyone have the one I need? :-)
