Vibration/ rough idle
 
I have a 2003 325i BMW and I love it. Recently I had the front brakes replaced and tensioner. They replaced my alternator and then realized it was the tensioner. Car has not run right since. Had a fuel system cleaner done and took to another place and had a PVC(?) hose replaced and bushings. It seems to run louder and rougher than normal and no one can find why? It only has 93,000 miles and I hate so get rid of, any suggestions?
