In-Stock cars get better discount?
 

Comparing with building your own car and having it manufactured and delivered, buying an in-stock car can get better discount?
This is the impression I got after visiting several dealers last weekend. Am I right?

With many dealers yes. They want to move what is on the ground. I often buy in stock cars, but have ordered them too. I will only order if the dealer is willing to give me the same deal or close to it for an ordered car. You might want to go with a fest sponsor to get the best deal.

the in-stock cars always have the stuffs that we don't care. for example, we want park distance assist on a X3 35i, but it can only be found on a x3 with tons of packages in their stock.

By the way, why the fest sponsor is more willing to give discounts ? and do I need to register somewhere?
