z428i lease-allseasons or winter?
 

for a 3 year lease as a daily commuter in nyc metro area please advise as to the above. i am not anticipating driving in any snow deeper than a few inches for a few days each winter but it will be cold & wet. a tire/wheel package is just to pricey for this much use. i do want runflats. would like a nice balance of quiet, comfort & handling. will allseasons suffice in your opinion? would appreciate recommendations for allseason & winter tires. a lot of info i know but i am on the fence as to the best overall choice. thanks for any help.
