Bluetooth Phone Sound Quality
All:
I know back when I first bought the car, the early build cars were having an issue with the bluetooth voice quality. I seem to remember a bulletin about changing the microphones but I can't find anything on search. Anyone remember this or have had the mics changed out? I'm trying to show the bulletin to my SA so that they can follow it since they are having trouble replicating the problem. Thanks guys. |
Found it, thanks guys. LOLZ.

This Service Information will be updated as soon as the updated microphones are available. This situation only affects vehicles that do not have the option 6VC (Combox controller). |
I do have an audio quality issue, but only with one of my two phones. The iPhone is fine, but my Galaxy Nexus is scratchy and somewhat hard to hear. It got no better with the Android 4.1 update.
It's not so much a car issue as it is the phone, because my earpiece has a similar problem with the Galaxy. Perhaps 4.2 will fix that and enable MAP protocol finally. |
