Alternate methods of coding DVD in Motion?

I ran across this website (www.dvdinmotion.com) while watching coding videos on youtube. I personally am not going to purchase because I want to code more than just the DVD in Motion. I am really just curious about how they are doing it via a CD.

Is there some loader / boot software out there that allows coding via the CD? Would we be able to code more options through the CD? Would we be able to load all of the configurations that we want changed onto a CD and program the car?

Was just curious if anyone has heard of this before or knows about coding via a CD.

I do not know the details of how they do the FDL Code via CD Boot, but I do know that it is VIN Specific, and if you run their DVD in car with a different VIN than the CD is set for, it shuts down the CIC, and in a bad way. You have to go to the dealer and have it programmed of you need to flash the CIC to bring it back to life.
