Help on a 2013 M3 Lease

Need help to see if I am missing anything on this lease quote. I think its a great deal on a European delivery car but when I calc the same deal I get a lower drive off and $20 per month lower monthly payment. Would be great to get the expert opinion of folks on this board.

good residual but money factor may be a bit high. in NJ you can reduce that cost by using multiple security deposits. upfront increases but reduces money factor (i think about 8ps per deposit)

Money factor is accurate for an ED - .00125 base + .0003 ED adder - .00049 MSD (it looks like you're maxing out the MSDs) = .00106

No markup on acquisition fee (nice) and dealer fee is reasonable. How far off of invoice is the sale price before subtracting the holiday credit?
