MY HP4 Comp came in today

Went and looked at my comp today as well, picking it up tomorrow and heading to the HP dealer to get the Race Kit installed... I should have it dyno'd by next week to see some numbers. They told me they would remove the limiter with the new control unit. Honestly pictures do not do the bike justice... Congrats everyone who got one... enjoy

Very nice Karl... put together very nice... did you get to put miles on it before the suspension change? how big was the change?

KarlB 12-10-2012 11:49 AM

yes I rode it for about 1500 miles prior to swapping out to the Ohlins and then about 300 more prior to adding the OZ wheels since I am about 215lbs it made a major difference to get the bike set for me, then adding the wheels really completed the transformation. the bike just feels like its on rails and is very forgiving with road imperfections and the wheels made the steering razor sharp without losing stability.
with everthing I have done to it, its not an HP4 but its a keeper:D

Thats a hell of a bike...

KarlB 12-13-2012 04:53 AM

how is that HP4??? been able to ride it much yet??

maddrama 12-13-2012 02:16 PM

rode it today with the race kit and no limiter... its ridiculous..... too cold but for the short time it was insane... :)

I'll Bet its really supposed to be a level beyond the S1R, def drool worthy eye candy in the looks dept. too!!!:thumbup:
