Coral Red, m-sport vs sport line
 

Hello.

Have searched and can't seem to find an answer on this. Does the m sport package with coral red have the black piping/detailing on the seats like the sport line does? Can anyone with an m-sport verify?

If the configurator on bmwusa.com is to be trusted, which perhaps it shouldn't, then the red seats in the M-sport don't seem to have the same black piping as in the Sport.

No, I believe that piping, whether it be red or black, is exclusive to the sport line.

Can anyone who owns/ has seen an m sport confirm?

Bmwconfig.com seems to suggest that the m sport DOES feature the piping/stitching! It would be a shame if it didn't,
As that detail on the interior is a real plus!

M Sport does not have piping.

EDIT: I stand corrected. While M Sport black does not have piping, M Sport red does.

Actually there are black piping on m sport, and black stitching as well. Though not as much as the sport line. Have to really look for it to see it.

I saw a Coral red interior msport f30 today and it DOES NOT have any piping. It looks very striking.

Your looking for the black piping in the wrong spot. The edges have black stitching, but on the seat packing, there are two strips of black piping. Very hard miss and can be interpreted for shadows. Trust me, this coming from an m sport owner with coral red seats.

Once again. Wrong angle. First picture is the black stitching. 2nd is the black piping.

He was asking about the M Sport. You are showing the sport model. The MSport 335i that I saw had a very clean coral red seat with NO black piping.

I dont know why I'm even bothering with you. That is a picture from my m sport. Here are the exterior pictures. If you're going to rely on google images as opposed to someone who actually owns the car. Then it's your loss.

Lol. Even the option list states it. "Coral red with black accent". It's just not as visible as in the sport line.

Indeed it does. I stand corrected. I thought since the black seats lacked piping so did the red.
