Just got a 88 325ix
 

I have about 10k to put into her, any suggestions out there, I will be doing all the work at my shop, nothing loud and noticeable I want a sleeper with decent gas mileage and a nice restored look, paint will be last doing a silver in color not sure the tone yet, any help would be appreciated thanks.

Get the basic engine tune up parts

Replace all hoses that look worn as well as belts.
Change your fuel filter air filter and a good oil change
New plug wires plugs possible dist cap/rotor
Maybe a nice body kit unless your going for original

No body kit, stupid unless from factory, Make sure maintenance is up to date. Brakes, cooling system, and suspension.

Restore interior.
Clean restore body
Clean and update engine
