Bimmerfest - BMW Forums - FS 2001 Black/Black Z3 2.5 Roadster, 78K MI, $11K OBO

I'm the second owner of this well-maintained 5-speed, sapphire metallic black Z3. The 2.5L inline 6 produces 184hp, and the car includes the Premium Package with Harman Kardon stereo, wood-grain trim, and M Sport leather steering wheel, and I believe the power-adjustable heated leather seats indicate the cold weather package for this model year.

This car has been garaged its entire life-home, office, and covered parking at the airport-and it drives and handles as well as when I bought it, an absolute joy on the road. Carfax and Autocheck reports are clean (VIN #WBACN33451LK45520), and the car's service has been kept up to date. The owners manual and most of the service records are available, including those of the original owner; Inspection 2 service performed in January 2012, with new radiator, water pump, and thermostat installed, all new and genuine BMW parts.

The car has been kept completely original, save a replacement shift knob to be installed (weighted black leather M knob on order with Turner), and the canvas top is in great condition as well, including the window. I also have the BMW mesh wind deflector, convertible boot cover, and a Z3 boot cover travel bag that I will include at or near asking price, and these accessories retail for a total of $700 new.

Exterior is in good condition, with premium car care products used on the body, wheels, convertible top, and leather on a regular basis. The interior is likewise in very good condition, with no cracks, splits or fading whatsoever on the trim console doors, or dash. I am only selling this car to make room for a 328i convertible so that I have space for car seats. Otherwise, I'd happily keep and drive this fantastic roadster for another 10, 15, or 20 years.
