HELP with

i have a well kept up with 750iL.. has a V12 motors, fully loaded and everything works its on "safe mode" it turns on and all but is stays on safe mode it...it will drive slow but not full throttle. someone please help i am so confused. :bawling:

Battery is maybe dying out. Trans-fail safe or engine fail safe?
