I was looking at same year model color and options - it's got 69k miles and private seller wants $35k - I'd have it checked out by Indy mech - but looks legit and if they want 32 you could probably get it for 29 or 30

07 with that mileage I would walk in with 26k cash and hold your ground to 27k.:)
