Head light adjustment?

I have recently noticed that my headlights don't seem to have much distance / range, they only seem to project a few metres in front of car compared to another car.

I know there is a auto level however is there a way to manually lift the headlights beam up a little??

Also maybe worth a mention I recently lowered the car however I would have thought the auto leveller would have taken care of this.

It's getting quite dangerous as at night on the motorway other cars only really see me until basically im right beside them.

Any help cheers

There are two screws on each headlight to adjust horizontal and vertical aiming of the headlights.

Unfortunately the instructions for aiming are in the TIS which is now offline.

Can't get TIS.

Can anyone else help??

Just been down to my auto tech guy who has now sorted it for me.

If you look top down above the head light with the bonnet open, you can see a white circle and a black circle that both have Allen key holes.

The white one moves the headlight left and right while the black one moves up and down.

I always find it easy if you shine against wall or garage door to set level, as a rule when I was in the trade (many moons ago) we used to set the hot spot to roughly knee height when standing about 3 ft away from light, should always get checked out on beam setter though
Gaz
